The only problem with the Media Creation Tool is that it will try to download the Windows 10 setup every time you want to create a bootable USB/DVD. And if you want to create a bootable USB/DVD, then you should select the second option. If you want to upgrade your PC to the latest version of Windows 10, you should select the first option. Windows Update Assistant is another tool which can be used to upgrade the PC seamlessly but I prefer the media creation tool. Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD) for another PC or simply download the latest Windows 10 ISO file.Upgrade the PC which has already installed Windows 10.
